Inside Sales/Business Development:

We are looking for Mid-level (3+ Years) and Senior BDM's(5+ Years)

Must have experience in Inside sales in software services.
Generate leads/ prospects via different channels (Cold Calls, Email Marketing and campaigns, Social reach out via Linkedin etc) for the various services offered by Standav
Responsible for nurturing new prospects, Identifying business opportunities, connecting prospects for a call / meeting with the onsite sales team.
Mainly responsible for generating leads from the US and Canadian regions.
Exploring and monitoring market trends in the area of services provided by Standav. Also analyse our current approach and competitor practices to decide the strategy for future business growth.
Maintain the daily sales activity as per the monthly / quarterly business plan in a designated CRM

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate with an MBA in Marketing / International business development preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Must and Should have international sales experience and a fair knowledge in inside sales
Good to have knowledge and exposure on Healthcare products/Data Analytics/Big Data/IOT/Software services sales .
Ability to handle the entire inside sales process end to end right from sourcing the data, reaching out to contacts, evincing interest in our services and enabling prospects to talk / meet with our onsite sales team
